COVID-19 Update: Jan. 5, 2021

The following updates are provided by the Return-to-Campuses steering committee.

Welcome to the winter 2021 semester at U of G. It's a whole new year, so let's start 2021 off right!

Our new semester begins while the provincewide shutdown remains in effect. Access to U of G buildings and services is restricted. If you are not required to be on campus, please stay home to help keep our community safe.

Remember to check CourseLink for information on when your classes and labs begin.

To help you start your semester successfully, we have created a Winter 2021 Information for Students page on U of G's COVID-19 website. Check it out for information on:

  • Safety measures for those required to be on campus - daily screening, face coverings and more
  • Accessing course material
  • Changes to services on campus - parking, dining, wi-fi, etc.
  • COVID-19 testing on campus
  • U of G's updated Policy on Non-Academic Misconduct
  • IT tech support

Learn more about what the provincewide shutdown means at U of G on the University's COVID-19 website.

Let's make 2021 great, together! We've got this, Gryphons!

The University's COVID-19 website is your best source of information on U of G's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Return to Campuses website provides essential information for those coming to campus. If you need to be on campus, make sure you complete the U of G COVID-19 Screening Form every day before you arrive.
