Inuit infants need access to medication to prevent respiratory illness

Dr. Faisal Moola (Associate Professor, Department of Geography, Environment and Geomatics) recently co-authored a piece in The Conversation with environmentalist David Suzuki and paediatric infectious disease expert, Anna Banerji, on the explosion of lower respiratory infections among Inuit infants in the high arctic.

**NEW PROGRAM** starting winter 2020
Collaborative Specialization in One Health

The Collaborative Specialization in One Health is a brand new multidisciplinary experience for graduate students currently enrolled in a thesis-based masters, major research paper-based masters, or doctoral program in one of 17 participating departments across the University. Students are required to complete two courses: ONEH*6000 One Health Approaches to Research and ONEH*6100/6200 One Health Seminar, and have a relevant thesis topic in which they apply a One Health approach.
