Now is the perfect time to plan for the semester ahead and we can provide you with tools to do just that! Learn more about studying and time management appointments, programming like supported learning groups and academic coaching, and workshops coming up later this month in this article on starting the semester strong.

Travel the World, a new Gryph Reads display, is up on the first floor of the library. Throughout January, you can travel the world (and to other worlds) through stories. Whether you’re looking for a new piece of fiction, or a real-life memoire, this display will have something for you. Learn more about the Travel the World display.

The cancellation of the library’s Springer Journals package took effect on January 1, 2024. This means for most Springer journal titles, we will no longer receive new issues published, from 2024 onward. Visit the library’s website to read the full article regarding Changes to Springer Journals Access. 

Register for Writing Tune-Up

Join us for some grammar fun! Each semester, we host Writing Tune-Up – a two-part workshop focused on improving your writing skills. This workshop is open to anyone in the U of G community and provides attendees with an opportunity to freshen up their writing skills and maybe learn some new ones along the way. We hope to see you there!
