Women's History Month: Celebrating the Achievements of Women through the Gryph Reads International Women's Day 2023 Collection

In honour of Women’s History Month, we would like to highlight our Gryph Reads International Women's Day 2023 collection which was curated to celebrate the lives, works, and achievements of women. 

Below are some the many titles that are available:

Library News

As final exams draw near, many students may be seeking guidance with theses, dissertations or major research papers. The McLaughlin Library’s online Brain Food self-paced workshops delivered via CourseLink encourage participants to develop effective ways to approach their research, writing, and data analysis. Supported Learning Groups are free, fun, and interactive drop-in group study sessions. We encourage students to join these sessions to improve their critical thinking skills, develop effective studying and learning strategies, and maintain motivation as the academic year begins to wrap up. The approach of final exams presents a timely opportunity for students to reach their end of semester goals by refining their study and courseload management habits. The McLaughlin Library offers a wide range of resources which help students to improve their study and courseload management practices, including appointments with trained library staff members.
