We are shifting our awards celebration approach away from an awards ceremony event to a personal outreach strategy that includes ways to connect donors with recipients through in-person and virtual meetings, letters, videos featuring donors and recipients and an awards website.

We will ensure you are notified when the website is available and will communicate the names of the award winners so you that you and your faculty can celebrate the achievements of our students.

Please be aware that with the launch of the new version of the message board in September 2022, we migrated to a new submission form. If you've bookmarked the old submission form, please update it to the current one and submit your announcements there.

SSHRC Institutional Grants include Explore Grants, which can be used toward student support, visiting scholars, data collection, knowledge mobilization and Exchange Grants, to be used for travel related to knowledge mobilization.

United Way Trick or Trivia Always Treats

Government of Canada Virtual Networking Event

U of G students are invited to engage with government departments and agencies through this virtual networking event on October 25 to 27. Students are welcome to create their networking experience by choosing sessions that interest them.

Registration closes at 8:30 a.m. on the day of each session. Learn more about the Virtual Networking Event.

U of G will be closed on Friday, December 23, 2022 and will re-open on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 for the annual December/January Holiday closure.
